APPSC is a constitutional body constituted with effect from 1st April 1988 under Article-315 of the Constitution of India vide notification OM-15/88 dated 29 March 1988.The commission advised the Govt of Arunachal Pradesh on all matters relating to state civil services and publish notification inviting applications for selection to various posts as per the requisitions of the appointing authorities conduct written tests and interview, prepare ranked list based on the performance of the candidates and advice candidates for appointing strictly based on their merit and observing the rules of reservation as and when vacancies are reported.
How to Apply Recruitment
1. Go to the official website appsc.gov.in. & download the Application form.
Along with the duly filled up format, candidates must enclose the self – attested documents, otherwise the application will be rejected.
a) 2 copies of recent passport size photograph with self- attestation in the front side of which 1 self-attested photograph should be pasted on the space provided in the application form & another on the attendance sheet.
b) Self- attested copies of Degree certificates & mark-sheets or proof of appearing in the final examination from competent authority for those who are yet to complete their course
Self –attested copy of APST certificate for APST candidates & PRC for others
Self-attested copy of 10th certificate for proof of age
Enclose the original copy of DD/IPO of Rs. 100/-for APST Candidates & Rs150 for others
Application in the prescribed format should be submitted at the reception counter in an envelope superscribed “Application for the post of Assistant Engineer(Civil) “& obtain receipt from the counter to ensure his/her submission of application form.
Application form can be sent to through post to The Secretary, APPSC, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh
Candidates must submit application form on or before 09-08-2017
